A utilização de Inteligência Artificial na área da saúde e a busca por algoritmos mais ´
eficientes tem vindo a crescer, estima-se que ate 2025 o seu valor no mercado aumente ´
41,5%. [1]
Paralelamente ao tema Inteligência Artificial há o tema saúde mental e física que
também tem ganho cada vez mais prestígio. Em 2020, foi estimado que 825.7 milhoes de
pessoas iriam usar aplicações de treino e de nutrição, um aumento de 26% num ano. [2]
Este trabalho e desenvolvido no âmbito empresarial e o foco e juntar os dois temas
mencionados e desenvolver uma plataforma Salesforce que ira tornar mais eficiente o
trabalho de profissionais de treino e nutricionistas, facilitando algumas das suas funções
e também dar ao utilizador comum uma plataforma simples e eficaz de registar os seus
treinos e refeições de forma a obter resultados rápidos e sem complicações. Salesforce, e uma plataforma como serviço assente no conceito de Customer Relationship Management (CRM). E considerada uma plataforma low-code e o seu armazenamento encontra-se totalmente em nuvem. O ecossistema Salesforce e vasto e uma das
tecnologias utilizada neste projeto e o Saleforce Einstein [3], que se traduz em Inteligência
Artificial para um CRM.
The use of Artificial Intelligence in the area of health and the search for more efficient and better algorithms has been growning, it is estimated that by 2025 market share will increase by 41,5%. [1] Concurrently to Artificial Intelligence, mental and physical health is also gaining more reputation. In 2020, it was estimated that 825.7 million people would use training and nutrition applications, an increase of 26% in one year. [2] This project is developed in the business environment and the focus is to join the two themes mentioned and develop a Salesforce platform that will make the work of personal trainers and nutritionists more efficient and also give the common user a simple and effective platform to record their workouts and meals in order to get results faster and without complications. Salesforce, is a platform Software as a Service (SaaS) that provides a service Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It is considered a low-code platform and its cloudbased. The Salesforce ecosystem is extensive and one of the technologies used in this project is the Salesforce Einstein [3], which means Artificial Intelligence for CRM.
